Program Overview
The Academy of Intellectual Property Law offers a one-year graduate program leading to the degree:
M.Phil.(Genève) in European Trademark Law
The graduate level masters program is a taught course offering comprehensive professional preparation for entry on the list of "European Trademark Attorneys" maintained by the Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) under Article 89 of the COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993 on the Community Trade Mark (CTMR).
